Some of you might know me as Miss Bliss—the bliss ball queen who turned a passion for wholefoods into a bustling café. Those years taught me a lot about hustle, heart, and the beauty of creating spaces where people feel at home. After closing that chapter, I leaned into what I love most: celebrating food and culture in ways that inspire connection. Now, I’m a full-time content creator, retreat host, and guide for women in business, sharing my journey through delicious recipes, thoughtful reflections, and curated experiences.

What Makes Me, Me:
I live in Brisbane, Australia, with my King Charles Cavalier, Basil, and a balcony garden that’s finally (mostly) thriving. My Greek-Cypriot roots run deep, and my Yiayia, who lives just downstairs, is a huge part of my story. She’s the reason I fell in love with food, and her wisdom flavors everything I do. I’m also a huge fan of morning Pilates, hosting dinner parties, and finding beauty in the everyday—because why not?
